Brief Therapy:
Brief Therapy takes one or two sessions and can be a first level of counseling to promote change and awareness, as well as a way of resolving conflict or ambiguity regarding choices. Brief Therapy uses motivational interviewing and is widely held as an effective evidenced based method of therapy. Most of the intake paperwork can be downloaded and filled out prior to your appointment. A screening to confirm this level of care will be done at the beginning of the first appointment.
